We currently have a position open on Day Shift (Monday through Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm). There is also an opportunity for overtime on Friday's during our summer busy season.

· Loads sheets of wood and operates machinery such as panel saws, nesters, CNC machines, straight-line edge banders, contour banders and/or OMAL’s.

· Completes daily and necessary paperwork.

· Consistently performs quality checks by utilizing measurement tools and devices such as tape rulers, gauges and/or calipers.

General Purpose:

The Learning Environments Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes. Partners with Learning Environments Consultants (Sales) to meet sales goals and grow business regionally and nationally. Provides inside sales support to contribute to sales growth. Builds strong business relationships by providing timely, accurate, competitive information to schools, dealers, architects/designers, and the entire Fleetwood team to improve service and profitability.

Essential Functions:

· Creates and manages opportunities and quotes through CRM.

· Resolves product/post-shipment issues as well as order status and order change inquiries.

· Serves as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provides timely and helpful responses.

· Uses inside selling skills to locate new sales opportunities through tactics like cold-calling, following up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process, researching and calling on new opportunities, and providing product recommendations and guidance.

· Answers dealer product specification and application questions including assisting the LEC with dealer training. This includes advocating for customers regarding special product requests.

· Strategizes with the Learning Environments Consultants regarding opportunities, dealers, and regional goals.

· Creates and completes bids and/or renews state contracts.

· Completes internal reports regarding state contract sales and collaborates with accounting to generate check requests for prompt payment of dealer commissions.

· Completes external contract reports for state agencies including generation of payment of state contract usage fees.

· Develops meaningful relationships with dealer, A&D and end-user clients to encourage trust and loyalty.

· Performs other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.

Fleetwood has openings in our Furniture division on day shift and night shift this summer! We are looking for students who want to work day shift (6am-4:30pm) or on our night shifts (4:30pm-3:00am) full-time or part-time during the summer. We work Monday through Thursday with overtime being reserved for Fridays. We are able to offer full-time or part-time opportunities that are flexible depending on your needs and other commitments.

Candidates interested in working night shift would also receive a $1.25 per hour premium on top of the hourly wage.

No experience is needed, all necessary training will be provided to you. You can work individually or with small teams. Responsibilities can include fabrication of metal and wood materials, product inspection and cleaning, and product assembly.
